These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of devices to CellMyTech ("we", "us", "our"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to sell or purchase a device to use our services.
2. Devices We Accept
We accept locked devices (e.g. iCloud locked, network locked), as long as they are not blacklisted or reported lost or stolen. We also accept devices that are financed or under contract, though any outstanding finance remains your responsibility. CellMyTech accepts no liability for finance owed on a device after purchase.
3. Your Data
Please remove all personal data and perform a factory reset when possible before handing over your device. CellMyTech is not responsible for any personal data left on the device. Personal data we do collect from you is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
4. Payment
Payments are typically issued on the same day the device is received and assessed, via cash, bank transfer, or another agreed method. Final payment is subject to the device matching the condition described at the time of quoting.
5. Revised Offers & Returns
If, on inspection, a device does not match its described condition, we may offer a revised price. If you decline a revised offer, your device will be returned to you free of charge. Items deemed beyond repair or hazardous may be disposed of with your consent.
6. Warranty (For Buyers)
Where CellMyTech sells a device, warranty terms are stated at the point of sale. Damage caused by user misuse is not covered under warranty.
7. Limitation Of Liability
CellMyTech is not responsible for indirect losses arising from a transaction, including but not limited to data loss or business interruption.
8. Prohibited Items
We do not accept stolen, tampered with, or counterfeit devices. Any device flagged as stolen or fraudulent during our checks will be reported to the relevant authorities, and we reserve the right to refuse the transaction.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
